Wildfeather POA Assessments
Annual assessment invoices are distributed before the end of January via email or postal mail, based on your selected delivery preference.
Payment Options
Homeowners may choose to pay the annual assessment in full or utilize the optional 3-month payment plan:
February 1 – First payment due
March 1 – Second payment due
April 1 – Final payment due
No prior notice is required to use the payment plan—simply submit your payments according to the schedule above.
Important Deadlines
All assessments must be paid in full by April 1.
A late fee of $50 per lot, per month will be applied to any unpaid balances after this date.
Returned payments due to non-sufficient funds (NSF) will incur a $25 fee.
